ModUP Behavioral Health is one of the early proponents of the Housing First movement, which recognizes that our clients’ lives are easier when they have a safe place to call home. Other aspects of their care, from medication management and substance use reduction to education and employment, are more easily achieved when housing is stable. We help our clients navigate Coordinated Assessment and Housing Program, as well as other multiple and complex housing programs, to find stable and safe housing for themselves and their families.
