We help our clients navigate Coordinated Assessment and Housing Program, as well as other multiple and complex housing programs, to find stable and safe housing for themselves and their families.
Our ModUP Community Wellness Center, in partnership with the Department of Behavioral Health and ModafinilUP Behavioral Health, provides mutual support, self-help, advocacy, education, information and referral services to assist people with mental health and/or substance use disorders regain control over their lives and recovery process.
